Hi, I’m Claudia Murcia your private chef in Paris.

After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Bogotá and with the certainty of wanting to make cooking my profession, I entered a culinary arts school.

In order to acquire new knowledge, the idea of travelling to the birthplace of gastronomy was obvious.

Experience

I worked in several restaurants such as Hard Rock Cafe, Circa, Mystic and La Cigale, among others, which allowed me to get to know different types of cuisine and working methods.

In Paris I was a member of the Gregoire Ferrandi cooking school. During the years of my studies and internships, I George V and in the evenings as an extra in different types of restaurants, from neighbourhood bistros (Le petit Littré) to gastronomic restaurants (Relais Louis XIII),

Experience

After obtaining my diploma, I worked in several restaurants such as La Mediterrannée, París 6, Chez Rachel, París 3, Aux deux amis, París 11, Basique, París 11, etc. Little by little I worked my way up the ladder, learning amidst joys and disappointments.

Always with the same enthusiasm for my profession and keeping the integrity that my parents instilled in me to carry out my work respecting others and giving them the best in every dish.

Origin of our logo

Bonum, a Latin word meaning “good and well”, symbolizes our work and what we wish to convey.

We chose the pomegranate because it represents fertility, love and feminine beauty, concepts we associate with the earth, women and human relationships.

Bonum and the pomegranate are the result of constant hard work that has matured over time and is now materializing.
